Processing Time: All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

 

 

 

Larger orders may require an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time: Shipping time begins after processing is complete and depends on the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the contact method provided at checkout.

 

 

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

 

Bulk Orders: Bulk orders require direct communication and full payment upfront before production begins. Shipping timelines for bulk orders are confirmed during order approval.
